Starting at $4,500 +HST

With this package, couples will receive full support and guidance in selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, creating designs, timelines and coordinating your wedding journey - from start to finish. We will work together to come up with a design plan that meets your needs and vision while always staying within your budget. Starts 14-12 months before event date and all ‘Month of Coordination' services are included in this package.

  • All AURA rentals 50% off (if item is available for your date)
  • AURA emergency kit (for bride & groom)
  • Unlimited consultations via email, call & text
  • Vendor liaison (provide customized recommendations, book & meet with vendors & review all contracts)
  • Invitation stationary design, RSVP tracking & guest list management, wedding website creation & management
  • Engagement & honeymoon consultation & planning
  • 2 Venue Flippers for set up & breakdown
  • All ‘Month of Coordination’ tasks

Starting at $1,200 +HST

This package is perfect for couples who have secured most of their vendors and have finalized many key elements for their wedding day but would like professional assistance with overseeing the ‘day of’ planning, coordination and organization of the event. This package begins 6-4 weeks prior to your event date to ensure nothing has been overlooked and everything runs smoothly.


PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Vendor suggestions for any remaining unbooked vendors
  • Confirming final details with vendors and venue
  • Attend & coordinate wedding rehearsal
  • Instruct and oversee all duties of wedding party
  • Assist with set up of decor and stationery items
  • Creation & management of wedding day timeline
  • Setting floor plan & seating chart arrangements
  • Distribution of tip envelopes, thank you cards, etc, secure marriage license, gifts, and other valuables
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving during the event

Starting at $250 +HST

With our custom station service packages, we offer a variety of unique and personalized stations to elevate your event to the next level. We work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences, ensuring that each custom station reflects your unique style and theme. These start at $250, with the flexibility to add on additional options based on your preferences.


PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Cigar Bars: We have patterned up with Havana Castle St. Catharines to provide  luxurious cigar experience with our exclusive cigar bars.
  • Personalized Cigar Bands: Add a personalized touch to your event with custom cigar bands. We offer the option to add names, dates, or special messages to the cigar bands for a truly unique keepsake.
  • Chocolate Fountain Stations: Indulge your guests' sweet tooth with our decadent chocolate fountain stations. Guests can dip fresh fruits, marshmallows, and more in a flowing cascade of rich, velvety chocolate.
  • Custom Stationery: From elegant wedding invitations to beautiful table cards, we design and produce stationery that reflects your style and sets the tone for your event.
