How early should couples start to plan their wedding?
We recommend planning anywhere from 9-12 months prior for weddings and 6 months prior for non-wedding events. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long.

What areas do you service?

We service all of Burlington ON, as well as the GTA.

How do I book my event with you?

Please fill out the contact form on our website. We will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and that we can meet your needs. Most consultations take about 45 mins to 1 hour.

Will you work with vendors we select, or only those you recommend?

We will absolutely work with your choice of vendors, however we have a great team of preferred vendors that we work with should you need any referrals.

What does an Aura Wedding Coordinator cost?

Since each event is different, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with us to determine which services will best fit your needs.

What does the payment plan look like for services and/or rentals?

We require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit to reserve items and/or date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to event/project date. If placed within 14 days of event/project, payment in full is required to reserve items/dates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept any major credit card, e-transfer and cash. Checks are accepted with the requirement that a credit card be held for security purposes.
