The customer holds the responsibility for the rented items starting from delivery until our team collects them. It is important to ensure that all items are kept safe and protected from the elements while in your care.
At the time of booking, a valid credit card is necessary for security purposes in case of any potential damage or loss.

Product Use
We bill rental items based on the duration they are outside our showroom, rather than how much they are used.
We do not provide refunds for rental items that were not utilized during your event.
PHOtography Release
By signing the quote/rental agreement, you give AURA Weddings & Events permission to use the photos that we take at your event on our website and advertisements, materials etc., with the understanding that you will not profit from them in any way.
Damaged, Missing Items & Refunds
Damaged items & Missing Items
At the time of booking, a valid credit card is necessary for security purposes and will be billed in case of any potential damage or loss. The client holds full responsibility of items upon possession (or brought to event address) and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items or unnecessary cleaning of item.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for rental items that were not utilized during your event.
Rental items must remain at the event address listed on this contract. If items are moved to another location, we must be notified.
